[BUG - IMPORTANT] SSL Certificate not working KloxoMR7

Admin->SSL Certificate->Add SSL Certificate
All information entered, Add.

Next page has Key, CSR, Certificate --- all are empty.  Nothing is there.  BUG 1.

BUG 2.
It was time to renew our SSL.  I tried:
Admin->SSL Certificate->Add Upload Txt
Copy and paste key, cert, and CA.

KloxoMR7 always respond 'corrupted certificate'.

I had to SSH and update the file in /home/kloxo/httpd/ssl manually, and checked site with SSL check, all good, all working.

SSL Certificates Add not working through panel.
