untuk hostnamenya benar server1.securewhnetwork.com

Atau harus saya coba rekues re-install DS nya gitu ?

Kalau tidak salah RAID 0 ini

Kelihatannya itu tidak RAID0. Terlihat ada /dev/sdb1 = /disk2.

Jangan RAID0 kecuali anda punya 4 HDD yang dijadikan RAID10.

Coba saja request reinstall OS. BTW, memangnya tidak bisa reinstall OS sendiri melalui panel?.

Ini asli saya sampe bingung, kesalahannya dari apa dan kenapa karena baru kali ini kasusnya seperti ini.
Biasanya setelah install beres harusnya ada info untuk login ke kontrol panel dan minta di reboot, tapi ini tidak ada.

Masalahnya adalah server anda menginstall mysql56u. Seharusnya MariaDB (sesuai Kloxo-MR 7 terakhir). Saya ubah dari mysql ke mariadb karena ada 'keanehan' pada mysql56u. Artinya ada yang 'memaksa' hal ini.

Coba infokan 'dir -l /etc/yum.repos.d; cat /etc/yum.conf'.

Ingat, OS harus kosongan karena jika ada web panel lain bisa menimbulkan masalah (misalnya PLESK panel).
