Saya mempunyai masalah ketika membuka link yang ada di website muncul pesan seperti ini,

Error 404 - Not Found, The requested page could not be found but may be available again in the future

saya sudah ikuti petunjuk yang ada di Mbah google tapi belum menemukan jawabannya.

Artinya directory memang tidak ada atau permalink/rewrite rule di apache belum di set dengan benar (di .htaccess).

Anda harus pakai apache atau proxy agar .htaccess bisa dipahami karena sebenarnya .htaccess hanya untuk apache.

Pengaturan .htaccess biasanya tergantung aplikasi yang dipakai (misalnya wordpress).

Pak saya mau update wordpress terbaru, tetapi minta FTP Username dan Password
cara buat FTP untuk User di Kloxo-MR bagaimana pak ?

Mestinya itu tidak muncul. Bisa jadi karena ownership dari file tidak pas. Jalankan 'sh /script/fix-chownchmod; sh /script/restart-all -y'.
