Help - Cannot creat client

server saya tidak dapat buat user baru
Alert: could_not_create_user [xxx]

apa yang harus saya lakukan ya pak
Saya menggunakan kloxo-MR 6.5f di server produksi pak

APa kok tiba2 mati gini y pak

Coba saja jalan 'sh /script/restart-all' atau reboot.

Kok malah jadi gini ya bis direstart-all pak

Saya reset/reboot lewat panel baru mau UP lagi pak.
tapi gak tau klo di restart-all lagi
