Fresh install KloxoMR7 tidak connect domain

Selamat malam mas Mustafa,

Fresh install dengan server baru Kloxo-MR7 dan CentOS 6.9
Sudah setting DNS Template, add domain di control panel.
Di domain NS Registration, DNS record sudah setup sesuai IP, Nameservers sudah setup sesuai domain
Tapi sudah 24jam masih juga belum connect.

Padahal sudah disamakan semua settingnya dengan server lain, sudah sama semua tapi masih tidak bisa kebuka websitenya.

Mohon pencerahannya mas.

kalau seperti ini maksudnya apa ya mas?
saya menggunakan VPS digital ocean

Jika di vps panel ada opsi untuk reverse-dns/rdns/ptr maka lakukan setting untuk itu. Samakan saja dengan hostname atau salahsatu domain anda.

RDNS penting agar email yang anda kirim tidak dianggap spam (selain ketentuan domainkeys, spf dan dmarc).

sudah reverse dns, sudah bisa di ping domain nya. tapi masi belum connect juga. kendalanya dimana ya mas?

Apakah ada kendala ketika di webserver > PHP branch yang awalnya php56u_(as_5.6.30) saya rubah menjadi php54_(as_5.4.45) dan sekarang tidak bisa dibalikin lagi

Install php53-php71 di 'multiple php install'. Setelah semua terinstall, pilih 'php56m' (bisa juga 'php54m') pada 'php used'.

Menggunakan 'phpXYm' (misalnya php56m) adalah lebih handal daripada pakai 'php branch' (versi berapa pun).

Saya putuskan install ulang dengan fresh install cengan CentOS6.9 dan KloxoMR 6..5
setelah terinstal domain bisa dibuka TAPI di panel kloxo tidak bisa add domain
'could_not_add_mail [sh: /home/lxadmin/mail/bin/vadddomain: No such file or directory]'
, saya coba upgrade ke kloxoMR 7.0 tidak berhasil jadinya error

Terpakasa saya install ulang kembali dengan KloxoMR7
tapi kendalanya kembali ke semula.... domain bisa diping tapi domain tidak bisa dibuka 'This site can’t be reached'
Saya coba sh /script/restart-all -y

ada erorr di httpd

Pertanyaannya, apakah ada yg salah dari setting panel kloxo saya?
kedua apakah httpd ini penyebab website tidak bisa dibuka (walaupun sudah diconnect ip nya) ?
adakah solusi yang lebih baik?
