How to Fix Nginx Error 413 Request Entity Too Large?

Ketika saya upload file ke wordpress lebih dari 64 mb saya mendapat pesan Error 413 Request Entity Too Large, padahal saya sudah merubah konfig /etc/nginx/nginx.conf = client_max_body_size 100M;

saya pakai nginxproxy, mohon bantuannya

Nilai untuk 'upload_max_filesize' dan 'post_max_size' untuk php/php-fpm perlu disesuaikan juga.
