Title: Access denied for user 'kloxo'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

selamat sore. saya mengalami masalah tidak bisa login kloxo panel. setelah saya enable debug 'sh /script/add-debug' dan 'sh /script/restart -y' saya coba login ke panel dan hasilnya

Coba 'sh /script/reset-mysql-kloxo-password'.

sudah saya lakukan perintah 'sh /script/reset-mysql-kloxo-password' dan hasilnya

saya coba masukan password root mysql tapi hasilnya Enter password:  terus... dan saya sudah melakukan tips reset root mysql password dari tautan https://forum.mratwork.com/kloxo-mr-releases-and-announcements/(tip)-reset-password/ dan kembali melakukan 'sh /script/cleanup' namun hasilnya masih tetap sama..

baru saja saya jalankan perintah 'sh /script/reset-mysql-root-password' kemudian 'sh /script/cleanup' pada Fix mail-all services muncul seperti dibawah ini

Coba lakukan reset-mysql-root-password dan fixmail-all saja (tanpa cleanup).

setelah reboot  kembali melakukan proses reset-mysql-root-password dan fixmail-all hasilnya tetap sama pada bagian *** RoundCube Webmail setup ***

Semestinya yang dijalankan adalah 'sh /script/reset-mysql-root-password PASSWORDANDA; sh /script/fixmail-all'.

Jika tanpa menambahkan password (misalnya PASSWORDANDA) maka reset password akan membuat password menjadi null yang mana 'tidak diperbolehkan'.

Biarpun demikian, saya menemukan keanehan dimana jika menjalankan cleanup akan terjadi reset password ke null lagi sehingga akan bermasalah di fixmail-all.

yup.. jika di set mysql root password dan melakukan cleanup pasti terjadi error Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO). Jadi belum terpacahkan keanehan di tempat saya ini dan login ke panel juga tidak bisa..

Untuk sementara jangan pakai cleanup dulu.

Atau anda edit file '/usr/local/lxlabs/kloxo/httpdocs/lib/html/lib.php' dengan mengubah 'update_database();' menjadi '//update_database();'

untuk  'update_database();' sudah saya comment menjadi '//update_database();'. untuk masalahnya belum bisa login ke admin panel ya... jika login di redirect ke http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:7778/lib/php/ dan tampil *** Token not match. No permit for remote login. Go back to login page ***

maaf sebelumnya saya kurang begitu ingat apakah update dari kloxo-MR 6.5 atau dl langsung install di versi 7. soalnya ini sudah lama sekali dan berjalan baik baik saja dan saya kurang ingat... apakah ada masalah berarti di kloxo-MR saya ini..?

Biasanya masalah 'Error message: only_admin_can_modify_general nname' muncul ketika proses update dari 6.5 ke 7.0 (tapi tidak selalu terjadi).

Apakah mengikuti langkah B.2 pada https://github.com/mustafaramadhan/kloxo/blob/dev/how-to-install.txt ?.

sepertinya iya.. soalnya mesin server ini sudah dari tahun 2013 dan up terus.. apakah ada cara lagi untuk mengatasi masalah ini tampa reinstall OS..?
