saya bikin dua sub domain
yg pertama saya bikin di menu domain produk.domain.com
yg kedua saya bikin di menu sub domain admin.domain.com,
dan ketika saya buka url keduanya selalu redirect ke domain.com,

saya pake SSL not wildcards,

1. Pastikan tidak pakai lighttpd atau lighttpd-proxy
2. Pastikan domain tidak ada tambahan wildcards melalui 'server alias'
4. Pastikan SSL di-assign langsung di domain dan bukan ke IP
5. Jika hanya punya 1 IP dan di-assign domain tertentu maka semua domain/subdomain yang pakai IP itu akan diarahkan ke domain yang di-assign IP tersebut.

ke 5 hal itu sudah tidak bermasalah,

sebenarnya bukan redirect secara langsung urlnya tapi index.html saja yg defaultnya pakai domain.com, jadi semua sub domain yg saya bikin ketika di akses tampilannya pake index domain.com.

Tapi akses ke IP bisa yang artinya ada IP yang di-assign ke website tertentu (domainnya?).

Jika anda punya 1 public IP maka jangan pernah assign IP ini ke domain/subdomain tertentu.

saya hanya bisa set satu domain saja untuk satu ip, apakah memang seperti itu?

Ya, 1 IP untuk 1 domain/subdomain. Jika hanya punya 1 IP publik, jangan pernah set IP ke domain/subdomain. Itu aturannya.

Di 'admin > IP address > (pilih ip) > domain configure > pilih --Disabled--'.

Efek perubahan tidak seketika. Ada jeda waktu karena web server di-restart masuk dalam antrian.

Untuk memastikan lakukan 'sh /script/fixweb; sh /script/restart-web -y'.

ada notif ini pak MR,

If you are seeing this page, it means that web has not been configured for this domain on this server.

This could be due to the following causes:
Kloxo has not restarted the web server yet after you added the domain. Please wait for the web server to restart.
 
The domain is pointing to the wrong Kloxo server. Ping the domain and make sure that the IP matches one of the IPaddress seen in admin home -> ipaddresses
 
If you are seeing this page when you try to access an IP like http://192.168.1.1, then that means that the IP has not yet been mapped to a domain. Go to client home -> ipaddresses -> ipaddress home -> domain config and map an IP to a domain.
 
Once you map an IP to a domain, then you have to make sure that the domain pings back to the same IP. Otherwise, if you try to access the domain, you will get this page. So IP -> domain.com should mean that domain.com pings to the same IP.
