Segment 124A defines rebellion as: "Whoever, by words, either spoken or composed, or by noticeable portrayal, or by signs, or in differently, passes or takes a stab at to convey into disdain or scorn, or energizes or attempts to elate offense toward, the Government laid out by regulation, will be rebuffed with detainment forever, and a fine might be added.
