After cancelling the ticket with the Hawaiian Airlines, you need to fill a refund form that will contain all your details regarding your flight to get a refund from Hawaiian airlines (https://www.myfaresadda.com/blog/how-do-i-get-a-refund-from-hawaiian-airlines). Once the form is accepted by the Airlines, the refundable amount will be transferred to your account in next 5 to 7 days.
