How can I talk to someone at United?

First time did a United airlines booking to USA region and going to travel alone result in unaware of new travel policies and tried many searches on internet for query resolutions but didn't find satisfactory result related to queries like Masking during a flight, Single dose vaccination passenger can travel or not?,if flight cancelled In how many days I got a refund and looking for how do I talk to a person at United?  So get it updated procedure here.
