How can I reach to someone person at Qantas?

Are you getting huge waiting on running dialler from various passenger and listening IVR voice and then after tap option again and again and got a chance to talk but dialler say our representative is on another call and wait for 2 to 3 min during a time phone call goes on hold and lastly disconnected and travel queries remain pending If i got my COVID-19 Vaccination record between 48 to 72 hours So will it be considerable or not?,how much i need to wait for re compensation money for lost baggage?  and looking for  how do I speak to someone at Qantas? so get all detail below here
