Guidance on KLM seat selection policy
« on: 2022-07-28, 11:32:36 »
In general, you can request your seat after you have booked your ticket online. Once you log in with your booking number and passenger’s surname, simply navigate to the 'Manage Booking' tab and click 'Request Seat at KLM Airlines. You can then choose the seat you prefer from the taskbar on the right side.

If you would like to check the KLM seat selection policy, you need to ensure that you've purchased your ticket at least seven days before departure. KLM will send you an email confirmation to confirm your purchase. Once you've received your confirmation, you can choose a seat from your seat list.

If you prefer not to pay a seat selection fee, you can opt for a standard seat. Otherwise, you'll be given the seat that you've been assigned to you by the airlines.

Similarly, if you choose a seat next to an emergency exit, you need to understand all the instructions provided to ensure the safety of the flight.

The KLM seat selection fee is $21 for economy seats. Flying Elite members do not have to pay the seat selection fee if they have Flying Blue or SkyMiles Elite status. Whether or not you can pay the seat selection fee varies depending on the route, time of travel.

KLM's Economy seat selection policy allows you to choose from four different seat types. Economy Comfort seats feature extra legroom and are usually located behind the Business Class seats.

The policy allows children up to five years of age to travel unaccompanied, while children aged fifteen and up can travel unaccompanied.

If you're traveling with a child, KLM offers several different options. Most KLM flights are child-friendly, and you can often get a free child's ticket if you book the child's ticket separately.

And, if you meet any problem while selecting seat, call the KLM customer service and resolve your issues that you are confronting.
