Kloxo-MR Technical Helps / SMTP / mail troubles after update
« on: 2017-05-08, 17:24:14 »
Hi Mustafa ,

I have updated kloxo to recent version , and couldn't send any mails via SMTP now .

I'm using unencrypted connections with plain text passwords, but situation looks like here :
https://forum.mratwork.com/kloxo-mr-technical-helps/mail-454-tls-connection-failed/

I have ran sh /script/upcp -y, and cleanup after then, rebooted, but still cant make it work .

One mail i tried sending is stuck in queue also with message :

Trouble_reading_users/cdb_in_qmail-lspawn.

Something went absolutleley wrong .
Please share your ideas how to fix this ?

Thanks

« on: 2017-03-27, 20:00:21 »
Hi Mustafa ,

just made yum update , however sh /script/cleanup said no files found. When looking in /script forder i can now see only these files :

create-kloxoexe
disable-firewall
disable-php-fpm
disable-yum-cache
enable-php-fpm
fix-ipaddress
php-branch-installer
php-branch-installer.inc
php-branch-updater
phpm-remover
remove-php-fpm
run-kloxo-wrapper
select-kloxo-wrapper
set-initial-services
setup-djbdns

Is there a way of reinstalling kloxo so it refreshes files ?

Kloxo-MR Bugs and Requests / DOM libxml
« on: 2017-01-31, 17:58:26 »
Hi Mustafa ,

in PHP multiple (checked with 5.6m and 7.0m , php-fpm )

Compiled libxml version is showing 2.7.6 (if you check phpinfo())
Code: [Select]
dom
DOM/XML enabled
DOM/XML API Version 20031129
libxml Version 2.7.6
HTML Support enabled
XPath Support enabled
XPointer Support enabled
Schema Support enabled
RelaxNG Support enabled

Is it posible updating this to latest version, or at least to 2.7.8 ?

as it has lost of features that cannot be used on 2.7.6 like
(example http://php.net/manual/en/libxml.constants.php#constant.libxml-html-noimplied )

Hi Mustafa ,

I see you havent understood the bug correctly.

again - in CP when setting limits you have clear text to enter value in MB , thus entering 20000 makes limit 20GB . And CP shows all values good.

But reall limit is not 20GB but 2GB !!! (So it has nothing to do with dividing by 1000 or 1024 , theres somwhere "0" missing as difference is 10 times only, not 1000 or 1024.)

Im not sure where this limitation is set on linux side, but i can add more files for clients, but PHP cannot.

39
Yes i know that 1024KB = 1MB, but this has nothing to do with the situation .

In limit sectionit says "Total Disk Usage (MB)" , which means 20000 i enter is ~20GB (which shows correcty on client limits list (19.53GB)

Space client uses for web - 212607KB (which is 212MB or 0.2GB)

Total space with bakcups client uses - 2.45GB (which is also displays corrcetly - 13% of 20GB)

But client cannot write any new files after >2GB space used .

Thus my assumption - even thoo in panel it shows sizes and limits correctly, but when it comes to real limiting , it looks like the limit is divided by 10 .

Please review my image carefully, hope you'll understand it ;)

HI !

Kloxo Kloxo-MR 7.0.0.b-2017011101 (but same was and on earlier releases)

Clienty has "Total Disk Usage (MB)" of 20000MB

However it blocks the wrinting to disk much earlier. PLease check you have MB entered to Kloxo as it seems it calculates quotas wrong !

clients directory shows 212MB usage
in a Quata view of clients shows 2506MB (this is probably with backups)
but still limit is 20000 but no files can be written any more.

Its closed with firewall and its my clients server :( I can try giving you TeamViewer connection , from machine where both SSH shell root and Kloxo amdin will be loaded . is that ok ?

42
Yes, in real DNS all setup correctly. "webmail.domain.com" got A record with that specific IP .
The PTR is also set

And as i said , all works unless IP is exclusivley assigned to domain.

if you wish i can do some screenshots, or even video to demonstrate?

43
you mean DNS at kloxo ? or real DNS ?

Actually both KLOXO and true DNSes are configures with proper IP for a base (@ or domain.com.)

44
Kloxo is not used as DNS server here, so DNS is set to "none" . DNSes are all external ,

Also on kloxo all DNS records are fine :
webmail    CN    -    mail
external DNSes - also,

All works when IP is not mapped to domain, but once i set defautl domain for IP - stats and webmail redirects to domain.com "301 Moved Permanently" . ... :(

45
Hi Mustafa ,

If i set  home -> ipaddresses -> ipaddress home -> domain config and map a domain to IP address , the webmail.domain.com redirects to domain.com !

Tried /script/cleanup - doesnt help.
Tried /script/fixall -soest help

I have 5 IPs on the server (apache + multiple php at latest kloxo 7) , 4 of them might redirect back to domain, but i cant use this feature, as webmail breaks. Same with stats.

PLease help
