What is the current version? I saw on one of the threads "7.0.0.c-2017030201". Is that only for CentOS 7? I am running 6.8 and I ran this "yum clean all; yum update -y; sh /script/cleanup". But it doesn't seem to update to "7.0.0.c-2017030201". I am still on "7.0.0.c-2017021003".

I remember before we can add Mail Alias and forward it. Now it looks like only forward options are actually existing account. Is it possible to bring back the old version? I think it's for purpose like something we don't need access to that account but just need it to forward to gmail or a script on our server.

How do I clear all the cache?

I have a Wordpress site that was acting up really weird. On the homepage it lost some css styles and one of the inner page it kept the css style but it keep on redirecting to the non-www version. I thought it was my wordpress install.

I deactivated everything plugins. Didn't work. I even switch theme and it still show up the same theme that are broken. Then finally I decided to delete all the files. Now the domain is complete empty. And the funny thing is the pages still show up.

So I am guessing it's the server side. I think it's keep on serving the cache pages. I don't know where to delete. So how can I delete the all the cache?

This could be a bug. I go to MySQL Database > Get Backup and get backup and work perfectly. Then MySQL Database > Restore > Browse for the exact file I have downloaded before and click Update. It seems like it's working and then when browser stop, nothing happen. The database didn't restored.

When I choose php70 or 71 my website go blank for that particular domain. All other options work fine. I have the exact same site and setup move to another domain within the same VPS and it works fine.

Any idea?

Is it possible to host subdomain at a different location? Ex. domain.com at host company xyz and sub.domain.com at host company abc.

I hope someone can help me on this. I have been seeing a lot about Wordpress hosting companies. I am curious as to what do they do with their server that we can't do with our VPS? I saw those WP hosting plans cost a lot more than normal VPS and with less resources.

I really want to know what do they do differently? Can we config our VPS the same way or do they have something special?

Which are better options? Better CPU or more Ram?

First situation:
2 vCores 3.1 GHz with 4 GB RAM or 2 vCores 2.4 GHz with 12 GB RAM

Second situation:
2 vCores 2.4 GHz with 12 GB RAM or 4 vCores 3.1 GHz with 8 GB RAM

In each situations, which is a better choice? Need your advice.

I am trying use memcached with W3 Total Cache and got this message. Not sure what to do. I did enabled memcached in "PHP Module Status".

The following memcached servers are not responding or not running:
Page Cache: 127.0.0.1:11211.
This message will automatically disappear once the issue is resolved.

I don't know how to described this and I really don't know how it happened.

I have a mydomain.com and 3 subdomains a.mydomain.com b.mydomain.com and c.mydomain.com. Now for some reasons they are go to mydomain.com.

I checked in kloxo and noticed these.

user > subdomains > a.mydomain.com > file manager. It have all the files from mydomain.com
the same for b.mydomain.com and c.mydomain.com

user > file manager > a.mydomain.com then all the original files from a.mydomain.com are still there
the same for a.mydomain.com and c.mydomain.com

This incident happened before too but with an completely different domain but in the same user. So I delete the files the thatdomain.com and it also deleted the files in mydomain.com. This time I want to know is there a better way to fixed. I am sure it's some kind of a bug.

I am getting the same issue like that last time. The last time I reinstall Kolox with a fresh copy and it solved. But now it happens again.

Issue: When access https I get the following errors from chrome.

The www.mydomain.com page isn’t working

www.mydomain.com redirected you too many times.

If I access http then everything working fine.

I don't have any redirect. I have unchecked all the options under "Web Basics".

Unchecked: Enable Directory Index
Unchecked: Force Redirect 'domain.com' To 'www.domain.com'
Unchecked: Force Redirect 'http' To 'https'

Does Kloxo stored these info somewhere that is not been erased when removed?

It all started when I unchecked "Use Pagespeed (if Possible)" to do something tests. As soon as I hit that update the issues started.

Then I tried switching from hiawathaproxy to nginxproxy and back and forward to see if it fixed. None. Only Apache alone with fixed.

So I reboot. didn't work.
yum clean all; yum update -y; sh /script/cleanup didn't work
even yum clean all; sh /script/upcp -y; sh /script/cleanup didn't work
sh /script/fixssl; sh /script/fixweb; sh /script/restart-web -y didn't work
checked Pagespeed back didn't work
unchecked Pagespeed didn't work
cleared Pagespeed Cache didn't work

Only Apache alone will work and with Pagespeed checked or unchecked

So this is pretty a fresh copy of Kloxo-MR 7.0.0.b-2016100301. I tried to add Let's Encrypt and got this message everytimes.

Is there anything I have to run before I can use Let's Encrypt?
