File does not exist in the httpd under Home Kloxo

Hello,

I test to run MTN in the Rapidleech, but it's an Error - cannot generate the Thumbnailer.
When I see the log files in /var/log/httpd/error_log then I got like this:

[Thu Apr 09 21:19:18 2015] [error] [client 224.0.0.0] File does not exist: /home/kloxo/httpd/default/jerry
Then, I try to test in the SSH root:

[root@server1 ~]# /script/fixweb
-bash: /script/fixweb: Permission denied
[root@server1 ~]# /script/fixphp
-bash: /script/fixphp: Permission denied
[root@server1 ~]# /script/fixupcp
-bash: /script/fixupcp: No such file or directory
[root@server1 ~]# /script/version
-bash: /script/version: Permission denied
What's wrong.. What should I do to fix this..?

For running script need 'sh /script/fixweb' instead '/script/fixweb'.

Directory of website in '/home/<user>/<domain.com>'. Check your document root of website and your application setting.

But how about "[error] [client 224.0.0.0] File does not exist: /home/kloxo/httpd/default/jerry", sorry.. can you give more specific explanation which I still do not understand what this error relationship with the document root..?

Or please give me some clues on how to fix this error ..?

One again, I cannot copy-paste the AVI file, either on the clients folder or in the File Manager\Server\localhost\home\clients.
But there are no problem for videos like MP4 or FLV, also the audio MP3.
So.. that is problem for .avi file only... why? Any solution, please...

Don't care about '/home/kloxo/httpd/default/jerry' because someone try access with via IP directly or something else.

I am not sure ffmpeg support for avi or not.

The problem 'mtn' just clear now, my issue has been solved by remove the "shell_exec" in the php.ini

Yes, look like rapidleech need some php functions where disabled by default (like 'exec', 'system' and 'shell_exec').

Better isolated website with 'shell_exec' enable in certain client(s). Don't mix with 'normal' application(s).
