i update to Kloxo-MR 6.5.1.b-2014040405
but all permalinks + rewriterules not work on
httpd
nginxproxy
hiawathaproxy

why ?

Try to switch to lighttpd and switch back to original. Better click 'update' for 'php-type' also.

in lighttpd i only see  PHP Branch    no php-type
i update PHP Branch

and switch back to nginxproxy

permalinks + rewriterules not work
